How to Approve an Advertisement

Before an advertisement can appear on the Web site, the Marketing Approver must approve the advertisement. To obtain Marketing Approver permissions, see your system administrator.

This topic describes how to approve an advertisement.

To approve an advertisement

  1. To open the Commerce Server Marketing Manager, click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 , and then click Marketing Manager.

  2. In Commerce Server Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Campaigns.

  3. In the Tree View pane, click Pending Approval.

    Note

    If you cannot see the Tree View pane, click Tree View on the toolbar.

  4. In the Search Results pane, select the ad that you want to approve.

  5. In the Tasks pane, click Approve.
