Troubleshoot a hit breakpoint
The DE sends an IDebugBreakpointEvent2 interface as an EVENT_SYNC_STOP.
The session debug manager (SDM) calls IDebugBreakpointEvent2:::EnumBreakpoints to get the breakpoint that was hit.
