Spyware and Malware - a never ending battle

As a support engineer, like most techies in the IT industry, I  'look after' the machines of a number of friends and family as well as my own machines. So I feel an added responsibility to keep up to date with the ongoing battles in the field of information security, spyware, malware, viruses, etc.  I came across this (as usual) interesting blog by Mark Russinovich and also watched his Tech Ed presentation. A couple of hours well spent I think!
