Passing Command Line Parameters to a New Form

Got this question from a customer, and someone else came to my rescue with info on this post

Basically this guy has figured out how to launch a new InfoPath form in code that is prepopulated programmatically with values.   I've used BizTalk to do this, but to do it in code is nice too.
