Gets an object representing an ApiManagementPolicyResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, PolicyName) to create an ApiManagementPolicyResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetApiManagementPolicyResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
