Gets an object representing a DynatraceMonitorResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a DynatraceMonitorResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetDynatraceMonitorResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
