Gets an object representing a BlobInventoryPolicyResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, BlobInventoryPolicyName) to create a BlobInventoryPolicyResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetBlobInventoryPolicyResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
