Performs a logical comparison of the two OracleString operands to determine if the first is less than or equal to the second.

Parameters

x: OracleString

An OracleString.

y: OracleString

An OracleString.

Returns

OracleBoolean

An OracleBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than or equal to the second instance, otherwise False. If either instance of OracleString is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean will be Null.

Remarks

The equivalent method for this operator is OracleString.LessThanOrEqual(OracleString, OracleString)
