Remarks
This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the ResXResourceReader instance is cast to an IEnumerable interface. To enumerate the resources in a .resx file, we recommend that you call the ResXResourceReader.GetEnumerator method, and then call the MoveNext
method on the returned IDictionaryEnumerator object.
