Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the GetManifestResourceNames() method.

An array of type String containing the names of all the resources.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The GetManifestResourceNames method returns the names of all the resources in this assembly.
