Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsNotSerialized property.

true if the field has the NotSerialized attribute set; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The IsNotSerialized property gets a value indicating whether this field has the NotSerialized attribute.
