Copies the elements of the collection to an array, starting at the specified index in the array.

The one-dimensional array that is the destination for the elements that are copied from the collection. The array must have zero-based indexing.
- index

The zero-based index in array at which to begin copying.
Exceptions
array is null.
index is less than zero.
array is multidimensional.

The number of elements in the source HttpApplicationStateWrapper object is greater than the available space from index to the end of the destination array.
The type of the source HttpApplicationStateWrapper object cannot be cast to the type of the destination array.
