Inserts a WebPartConnection object into the collection at the specified index.

An integer indicating the ordinal position in the collection at which a WebPartConnection should be inserted.
- value
- WebPartConnection
A WebPartConnection to insert into the collection.
Remarks
If index equals the number of items in the collection, then value is appended to the end of the collection.
