Determines whether the provided object is equal to the current ComponentResourceKey.

Object to compare with the current ComponentResourceKey.
Returns
true
if the objects are equal; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
Two keys are equal if they both have the same values for all their immediate settable properties (ResourceId, TypeInTargetAssembly).
