Called when the mouse button is released while the pointer is on a cell.

A DataGridViewCellMouseEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
This method updates the cell's user interface (UI).
This method is similar to the OnMouseUp method. It is called in the same circumstances in which a MouseUp event is raised, but it does not actually raise the event.
