<allowRedirectedResponses> Element	Specifies whether responses can be redirected to a FaultTo or ReplyTo header.
<executionTimeoutInSeconds> Element	Specifies the maximum amount of time that it takes to process a SOAP message using the TCP protocol.
<maxMessageLength> Element	Specifies the maximum size for incoming SOAP messages.
<transports> Element	Specifies the SOAP transport settings for the system.
