Represents constants related to MIME handling for MTOM.

	ContentTypeBase	Specifies the content type for the base MIME part. This field is constant.
	EightBitContentTransferEncoding	Specifies the content transfer encoding for an eight-bit encoded MIME part. This field is constant.
	SevenBitContentTransferEncoding	Specifies the content transfer encoding for a seven-bit encoded MIME part. This field is constant.
