Managing Support for On-Premises Web Conferencing Meetings
Topic Last Modified: 2009-03-02
The Web Conferencing Server enables on-premises conferencing within your organization. If your organization has also deployed a Web Conferencing Edge Server, external users can also participate in on-premises conferencing meetings.
When you deploy a Web Conferencing Server, you configure most settings during setup by using configuration wizards. Managing support for on-premises Web conferencing meetings includes the following:
- Configuring Meeting Policies
- Changing the UNC Paths Where Meeting Content or Metadata Is Stored
- Configuring Meeting Invitation URLs
- Specifying the Organization Name for Meeting Invitations
- Configuring the Maximum Scheduled Meetings Allowed Per User
- Managing Meeting Life Cycles
- Managing Conference Directories
