New Transport Rule Wizard > Introduction Page (RTM)

Use the Introduction page of the New Transport Rule wizard to identify and enable the transport rule that you are creating.

  • Name
    To create a name that will describe the purpose of the rule, in the Name field, type a unique name. Name is a required field. The name cannot exceed 64 characters.
  • Comment
    To add information about the purpose and effect of the rule, in the Comment field, type a comment. The comment cannot exceed 512 characters.
  • Enable Rule
    If you want the rule to be created in an enabled state, select Enable Rule. Otherwise, leave Enable Rule unselected.
