This article describes how to access and use the Groove Server Manager administrative Web site. You can access the Groove Server Manager administrative Web site from any computer, using the logon authentication system that you established for the site. This is where you will configure Groove management settings. To test your Groove Server Manager configuration, visit the URL as described in the following section.

Before you start this procedure, install Groove Server Manager as described in Install Groove Server 2010 Manager.
Access the Groove Server Manager Web site
This procedure explains how to access your Groove Server Manager administrative Web site.
To access your Groove Server Manager administrative Web site, follow these steps
Address the requirements in Before you begin.
From an administrative computer, open an Internet Explorer (IE) browser that meets the requirements specified in System requirements for Groove Server 2010.
Enter the URL for your new Groove Manager site (typically, http://<hostname>). Depending on your authentication system, a logon window may appear or the Groove Server Manager home page appears.
If asked to log on, enter the Web site logon information that your authentication system requires. The Groove Server Manager home page appears.
From the Groove Server Manager home page, navigate to the management pages that you need.

To get help, click the Help icon at the upper-right of any Manager page.
To specify the number of record items to display on a Groove Server Manager page, or to display the latest online Help content when you need Help, click the Preferences icon next to the Help icon.

Overview of the Groove Server Manager Web site
The Groove Server Manager administrative Web interface consists of a navigation pane on the left, and a main window. The navigation pane displays the Manager server name and the initial management domain automatically created for you. The Web page has the following user interface (UI) components:
