Report Parameter Properties Dialog Box, Default Values (Report Builder 3.0)
Select Default Values on the Report Parameters dialog box to choose a default value for the selected parameter from a query or from a static list.

Appears when you choose the Specify values option. Click to add a default report parameter value.Delete
Appears when you choose the Specify values option. Click to delete a report parameter value.Up arrow
Click to move the available value up in the list.Down arrow

Appears when you choose the Specify values option. Type a value that can be used as a default report parameter value or click the Expression*(fx)* button to edit the expression. You can specify Globals and Common Functions as default values, such as "=Today()". You cannot specify a field name as a default value. The default value data type must match the data type of the parameter.Get values from a query
Retrieve a default value or set of values from a data source.Dataset
Appears when you choose the Get values from a query option. Choose a dataset from which to retrieve a value or set of values for the report parameter. For more information about how to define a dataset, see Adding Data to a Report (Report Builder 3.0 and SSRS).Value field
Appears when you choose the Get values from a query option. Choose a field from which to obtain the value or set of values. The available fields are retrieved from a list of field names in the dataset.
