Moves the MiningStructure that has the specified identifier to the specified index in the collection.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	fromIndex is less than zero. -or- fromIndex is equal to or greater than Count. -or- id does not exist in the collection.
