HResults.DTS_E_RAWCANTAPPENDTRUNCATE Field

Error caused by conflicting property settings. Both the AllowAppend property and the ForceTruncate property are set to TRUE. Both properties cannot be set to TRUE. Set one of the two properties to FALSE.
