fShow
Type: Int32[in] Specifies if the command window should be visible when opened or created.
puCookie
Type: UInt32%[out] A cookie for the command window. Use when closing the window with Close.and in other methods of this interface.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
