Type: Guid%[in] Not used (set to nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic)).

Type: Int32[in] Absolute x ordinate.
y
Type: Int32[in] Absolute y ordinate.
cx
Type: Int32[in] x ordinate relative to x.
cy
Type: Int32[in] y ordinate relative to y.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns. S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
