    [in] Absolute x ordinate.

    Type: Int32

    [in] x ordinate relative to x.

    Type: Int32

    [in] y ordinate relative to y.

Return Value

Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns. S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
