HcNoCompressionForProxies Metabase Property

The HcNoCompressionForProxies allows you to disable the HTTP 1.1 response for compression requests that have come through proxy servers. Certain HTTP proxy servers, including some advertised as HTTP 1.1 compliant, do not correctly handle the caching of compressed objects.
