Symptom

En åtgärd i Microsoft SharePoint 2013 eller Microsoft SharePoint 2010 misslyckas och du ser följande COMException-felmeddelande loggat i ULS i SharePoint LogViewer:

Orsak

Det här problemet uppstår vanligtvis när en administratör använder ett tjänstkonto för att logga in på servern för en interaktiv session och sedan loggar ut. En administratör kan till exempel logga in på en WFE-server (Web Front End) med hjälp av servergruppskontot och sedan logga ut. Den här aktiviteten tvingar registernycklarna att tas bort i kontots profil. Det här villkoret gör nycklarna otillgängliga för framtida användning.

Åtgärd

Lös problemet genom att använda någon av följande metoder.

Metod 1

Logga inte in på servern för interaktiva sessioner med hjälp av ett tjänstkonto.

Metod 2

Inaktivera den relaterade windows-användarprofiltjänsten. Gör så här:

  1. Öppna grupprincip redigeraren (Gpedit.msc) på den berörda servern.

  2. Öppna mappen UserProfiles i följande sökväg:

    Datorkonfiguration>Administrativa mallar>System>UserProfiles

  3. Leta upp inställningen Ta inte bort användarregistret vid utloggning av användare .

  4. Ändra inställningen till Aktiverad.
