vol

Displays the disk volume label and serial number, if they exist. If used without parameters, vol displays information for the current drive.

Syntax

vol [<drive>:]

Parameter	Description
`<drive>:`	Specifies the drive that contains the disk for which you want to display the volume label and serial number.
/?	Displays help at the command prompt.
