ILocationPermissions interface (sensorsapi.h)

The COM-based Sensor API is deprecated and should not be used in new applications. No additional features or enhancements are planned, and support will be limited.

Provides the status of the system setting that allows users to change location settings.

The ILocationPermissions interface has these methods.

ILocationPermissions::CheckLocationCapability Gets the location capability of the Windows Store app of the given thread.
ILocationPermissions::GetGlobalLocationPermission Gets the status of the system setting that allows users to change location settings.

Note  ILocationPermissions is available in Windows 8.
