ProtoNegoExt

The protocol negotiation extension type to use with this list of protocols.

ProtocolListSize

The size (in bytes) of the protocol list.

ProtocolList[ANYSIZE_ARRAY]

A list of 8-bit length-prefixed application protocol IDs, most preferred first.
