2 - Repair Office from the Control Panel Try to an online repair. Go to Control Panel /> Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program /> spot Microsoft Office, right-click on it and select Change. Go with Quick Repair or Online Repair accordingly to fix the problem

4 - Temporarily turn off antivirus software For information about how to turn off your antivirus software, check your antivirus manufacturer's website.
