How to fix Windows Intelligence Update Install error - 0x00000000

I try to fix it all i do

1.other troubleshooting Windows update = not fix
2.sfc scan and dsmi = not fix
3.delete data in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download = not fix
4.install new ISO = also not fix

I already contact Microsoft support quick assist, he tell file problem and install new ISO but also not fix.
have anyway to fix it or if not fix will have problem?

please help me

    Go to Update and Security - Windows Updates
