เปิดโปรแกรมแล้วขึ้นหน้าต่าง net framework ช่วยด้วยครับ

ผมไม่สามารถเปิดใช้งานโปรแกรม Run IP Cam Driver (Active) ได้ครับ ช่วยผมหน่อยครับ ก่อนหน้าจะอัพเดต windows ผมใช้งานได้ปกติครับ พออัพเดตล่าสุดใช้ไม่ได้

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

ถ้าเป็นอย่างนั้น ทางเราเเนะนำให้คุณรัน DISM tool เเละ SFC scan ซึ่งวิธีนี้จะสามารถซ่อมเเซมเเฟ้มระบบ Windows ที่สูญหายหรือเสียหาย ซึ่งคุณสามารถทำขั้นตอนดังนี้ 

กดปุ่ม Windows จากนั้นให้พิมพ์ Command Prompt > คลิกขวาที่ Command Prompt เเล้วเลือก Run as administrator > คัดลอก (Copy) คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ 

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth กด Enter 

sfc /scannow เเล้วกด Enter   

หมายเหตุ : ก่อนเครื่องหมาย / ให้เว้นวรรคนะคะ

เมื่อรัน SFC scan เสร็จสิ้นให้ส่งผลของรัน SFC มาหาให้ทางเราตรวจสอบหน่อยนะคะ😉

ทำแล้วครับไม่หาย บางครั้งเปิดเครื่องมาก็ใช้ได้ บางครั้งก็ใช้ไม่ได้ครับ

• ลองทำคลีนบูทแล้วไม่ได้
• ลองถอดการติดตั้งและ ติดตั้งใหม่อีกครั้ง ก็ไม่ได้

ไม่ทราบว่าคุณได้อัพเดท Windows 10 Build เวอร์ชั่นใดคะ (คุณสามารถตรวจสอบ OS Build โดยไปที่ Settings > System > About > ให้ดูที่ OS build ค่ะ)

เบื้องต้น ทางเราเเนะนำให้เเก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยทำการคลีนบูตค่ะ

การคลีนบูต คือการเริ่มต้นคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้งาน Windows และ Driver น้อยที่สุด ซึ่งสามารถขจัดข้อขัดแย้งที่จะเกิดกับคอมพิวเตอร์ของคุณได้ คุณสามารถทำคลีนบูตเพื่อตรวจสอบปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยทำตามขั้นตอนในลิงค์นี้ค่ะ
