Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi there!
Just to confirm, do you still have access on your account? Based on the screenshot you've shared, I assume that you can still login but unable to change anything such as your password, remove device, etc. because of this hacker. If you can still login to your account, I suggest to try the following to update your security information:
First, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security.
- Select Review recent activity and check for any unfamiliar sign-ins, locations, or devices. If you find any that you don't recognize, report them as "This wasn't me." On the same Security page, select Advanced security options.
- Verify that your recovery email addresses and phone numbers are correct.
- Remove any recovery methods that you don't recognize and add your own if needed.
If you cannot remove the unknown device or recovery information, or you believe the attacker still has access to your account, you'll need to submit a report Microsoft Support so they can investigate your account. Just follow the steps or prompt on the Microsoft support page below and you'll reach a form where to submit a report for hacked accounts:
As fellow member of the Microsoft Community, I don't have access to user accounts or the ability to remove devices or security information. But I do hope the information above helps how to proceed next!
