ยกเลิกสมัคร Microsoft แล้วทำไมยังโดนหักเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิตแล้วยังรอเรียกเก็บอีกเดือนหน้า

ได้ทำการขอยกเลิกการสมัคร Microsoft ไปแล้วเมื่อวันที่ 10-8-2026 วันนี้ 21-09-2026 มีการเรียกเก็บ และเดือนหน้า 19-10-2026 ก็ขึ้นรอเรียกเก็บ ฉันต้องการยกเลิกเพราะไม่ได้ใช้งานแล้ว ช่่วยดำเนินการด้วย
