Have you tried resetting your Microsoft account Password?

Open an incognito tab and sign in with your Microsoft account using the link below to reset your Password:

If you can successfully reset your password, sign in to the Security settings page of your Microsoft account here and enable two-factor authentication. So, even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to sign in without the second layer of verification.

Make sure you have at least three verification methods to verify your identity.

On the Security settings page, scroll down and select the 'Sign out everywhere' option. Microsoft will sign you out of your account from all trusted devices, possibly within 24 hours.
