Definition

Caution

Converts a Visual Basic 6.0 measurement to a pixel measurement for a given ScaleMode.

Public Function ToPixelsY (Y As Double, FromScale As ScaleMode) As Double

Parameters

Y
Double

A Double that represents the Y coordinate.

FromScale
ScaleMode

A ScaleMode enumeration that represents the Visual Basic 6.0 ScaleMode to convert from.

Returns

A Double that contains the pixel value for the specified ScaleMode.

Attributes

Remarks

Visual Basic 6.0 supported multiple coordinate systems defined by a ScaleMode property. This included a user-defined value. Visual Basic only supports a coordinate system that is based on pixels. This function is used by the upgrade tools to convert between pixels and a user-defined scale value.

Note

Functions and objects in the Microsoft.VisualBasic.Compatibility.VB6 namespace are provided for use by the tools for upgrading from Visual Basic 6.0 to Visual Basic 2008. In most cases, these functions and objects duplicate functionality that you can find in other namespaces in the .NET Framework. They are necessary only when the Visual Basic 6.0 code model differs significantly from the .NET Framework implementation.
