AppDomainSetup.DisallowBindingRedirects Property

Definition

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether an application domain allows assembly binding redirection.

public:
 property bool DisallowBindingRedirects { bool get(); void set(bool value); };
public bool DisallowBindingRedirects { get; set; }
member this.DisallowBindingRedirects : bool with get, set
Public Property DisallowBindingRedirects As Boolean

Property Value

true if redirection of assemblies is not allowed; false if it is allowed.

Remarks

The DisallowBindingRedirects property is designed to be used by services and server applications where assembly binding redirection is not part of the application scenario.

The value of this property is only considered when loading strong-named assemblies. Assemblies that do not have a strong-name will always have binding redirects applied.
