Converts the specified XmlLanguage to the specified type.

Remarks
For destinationType
String, this method returns the IetfLanguageTag value of the provided XmlLanguage. For destinationType
InstanceDescriptor this method returns an InstanceDescriptor instance that is useful for serialization. Other destinationType
inputs throw exceptions.
