Connect Snowflake Cortex to Microsoft Agent 365

Use this guide to connect Snowflake Cortex Agents to Microsoft Agent 365.

Before you begin

Before you create the connection:

• Obtain the Snowflake account identifier.
• Identify the database and schema where the agents are created.
• Create a Snowflake user.
• Configure RSA key-pair authentication for that user.
• Obtain the private key required by the connection.

To find the account identifier, in the Snowflake account menu select View Account Details. For information about creating agents, see Snowflake Cortex Agents.

Create the connection

1. Open the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. Select Agents > All Agents.
3. In Connected platforms, select Manage.
4. Select + Connect a platform and choose Snowflake Cortex.
5. Enter the account identifier, database, schema, Snowflake user, and private key.
6. Validate the credentials.
7. Save the connection.
8. Select Sync agents.

Verify the connection

Review the synchronization status and confirm that the expected Cortex Agents appear in the Microsoft 365 agent registry.
