This article provides an overview of the Minit (pronounced "Mine-it") desktop application for Power Automate process advisor.
With Minit, you can easily delve into the details of your processes. Minit offers many ways to break down your process cycles into smaller pieces for analysis. Understand where and why problems occur, identify inefficiencies, and standardize and optimize operations, all while staying informed about progress toward key process indicators (KPI).

Features
Minit analyzes data from processes that you create in process advisor. Get deep insights into how your processes run, uncover the root cause of problems, and build useful outputs for the rest of your organization. Process map | Represents the behavior of a process captured in data with activities and directed edges. The process map reflects the filters and frequency or time metrics you select. |
Statistics | Provides a statistical overview of the properties of the process through summary charts and reports. |
Variant DNA | Provides a visual overview of all the process variants found during the analysis. |
Process comparison | Compares processes at the level of the process map or at the more detailed level of activities and edges. |
Root cause analysis | Shows hidden connections in your data to identify the key differences between cases. |
Filtering | Eliminate some parts of a process to focus on others. |
Custom metrics | Allows you to combine different aggregations of mathematical, date and time, string, and other operations, functions, and constants in a formula editor to define your own custom or calculated metrics. |
Business rules | Allows you to define and evaluate KPIs based on your thresholds and limits. |
