How to: View the Report Definition Language Source (Report Designer)

You can view the underlying XML structure of a report definition in the View Code tab in Visual Studio.

To access Report Definition Language (RDL)

1. In Solution Explorer, open the report definition file.

2. On the View menu, click Code. Alternatively, right-click the report, and then click View Code.
