A class representing a collection of StorageAccountLocalUserResource and their operations. Each StorageAccountLocalUserResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of StorageAccountResource. To get a StorageAccountLocalUserCollection instance call the GetStorageAccountLocalUsers method from an instance of StorageAccountResource.
