DataLakePathClient.GetPropertiesAsync Method

Definition

The GetPropertiesAsync(DataLakeRequestConditions, CancellationToken) operation returns all user-defined metadata, standard HTTP properties, and system properties for the path. It does not return the content of the path.

DataLakeRequestConditions

Optional DataLakeRequestConditions to add conditions on getting the path's properties.

cancellationToken
CancellationToken

Optional CancellationToken to propagate notifications that the operation should be cancelled.

Returns

A Response<T> describing the paths's properties.

Remarks

A RequestFailedException will be thrown if a failure occurs.
