Sets the background color of the UIView.

Remarks
The BackgroundColor is the rear-most visible element of a UIView, but developers should be aware that certain UIView subclasses such as UITableViewCell and UICollectionViewCell have a BackgroundView that may obscure their BackgroundColor.
