Feature details

The Copilot for Sales post-meeting summary, integrated within a Teams meeting recap, serves as a convenient hub for sellers to review their meetings with customers. It simplifies the process of updating their CRM or following up with customers, ensuring they stay informed and responsive to customer needs and inquiries.

Sellers can access the following capabilities from the Teams Recap tab:

  • Sales explicit keywords and implicit mentions: Tracked keywords that were defined by the organizations and out-of-the-box mentions such as brands, people, and time.
  • Sales questions: Questions that were asked by participants (customers and sellers) during the meeting.

Sellers can select points of interest and reach them in the recording timeline.
