Troubleshoot Smart store analytics

This article explains how to resolve potential issues you might experience with Smart store analytics.

Limitations

There are some limitations of the Smart store analytics solution:

  • Tablets or mobile devices don't support Smart store analytics.

  • It may take up to 24-48 hours for the data to appear within the solution, starting from the time data transfer is authorized from AiFi's systems into Smart store analytics.

Troubleshoot

Your app screens don't have the latest data

Check the Last Updated timestamp shown on the Home screen. The latest timestamp shows when the data from the autonomous store service provider dashboard was updated. Confirm that this timestamp matches your expectations. if still unresolved, admins can use the Help + support experience in the Power Platform admin center to get self-help solutions in real-time for their issue. You can use the same Help, + support experience to contact a Microsoft support representative if self-help doesn't resolve the issue.

No data for all selected stores and entire date range

If data is missing or incomplete for all selected stores and the entire date range, this issue flagged in the form of two warning messages:

  1. One or more tiles are missing information warning appears at the top of the page. Try different store selections and date ranges.

  2. Information is not available for either the selected stores or date range warning within each widget on the page. You can try changing the store or date range selected. If the problem persists, contact Cloud for Retail customer support.
