CODECAPI_CHANGELISTS
The CODECAPI_CHANGELISTS event is used to return a list of GUIDs that have changed as a result of a property "set" call, such as CODECAPI_ALLSETTINGS and CODECAPI_SETALLDEFAULTS, or an encoder setting property.
