Enter asset maintenance information

You can use the Maintenance FastTab to keep information about the maintenance of the asset. The following fields are available to track asset maintenance-related information.

  • Vendor No. - Select or enter the number of the vendor who sold the asset.

  • Maintenance Vendor No. - Select or enter the number of the vendor who performs the maintenance for the asset.

  • Under Maintenance - Select this option if the asset is currently under maintenance (having maintenance performed currently).

  • Next Service Date - Select the next scheduled service date. Select the field to enter a date.

  • Warranty Date - Specify the warranty expiration date of the fixed asset. Select the field to enter a date.

  • Insured - This field indicates whether the asset is linked to an insurance policy. This field is filled in automatically.
