Copy fixed assets
You can use the Copy Fixed Asset function to create several fixed assets that resemble an existing fixed asset. By using this function, you can save time and reduce errors when entering similar assets.
For example, a company purchased five forklifts that they want to manage with separate fixed asset cards. Instead of creating all five fixed asset cards manually, you can create one card and then use the Copy Fixed Asset function to create the other four fixed asset cards.
You can access the Copy Fixed Asset function from a fixed asset card by selecting Actions > Copy Fixed Asset.
